Terms and Conditions — Chak and Go

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using chakandgo.in ("the Site"). By accessing the Site, 
creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not 
use the Site. 
1. About Us 
Chak and Go is a proprietorship owned and operated by Anmol Chawla, having its registered office at [address]. Our 
FSSAI License Number is 11526997000371. Any reference to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refers to Chak and Go. 
2. Account & Registration 
To place an order on the Site, you will need to register and log in. You're responsible for keeping your account details, 
including your contact information, accurate and up to date, since we use this information to communicate with you 
about your orders. 
By registering, you agree to receive order-related communication as well as occasional promotional messages and 
newsletters from us. You can opt out of promotional communication at any time from your account settings, or by 
writing to us at chakandgo@gmail.com. This won't affect order-related communication, which we'll still need to send 
you to fulfil your purchase. 
3. Pricing 
All products on the Site are sold at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. This is the price you will be 
charged, regardless of any change in price between the date of order and the date of delivery. While we try to keep 
pricing stable, we reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice, and such revisions will apply only to 
orders placed after the change. 
In case of an obvious pricing or listing error (for example, a technical glitch that displays an incorrect price), we reserve 
the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed. 
4. Orders & Delivery 
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If delivery fails or is delayed because the 
address or contact details you provided were incorrect, any additional cost of redelivery may be charged to you. 
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines mentioned on the Site, but these are estimates and not 
guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our 
reasonable control will not make us liable for compensation, though we will try to keep you informed. 
5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy 
Because Chak and Go products are perishable, edible items, we do not accept returns of any product once it has been 
delivered, for reasons of hygiene and food safety. 
A refund or replacement will be considered only if, on delivery, the product meets one or more of the following 
conditions: 
● Expired: the product was past the "best before" date printed on the pack at the time of delivery; 
● Unsealed: the product's packaging arrived unsealed or tampered with; or 
● Contaminated: the product shows visible microbial growth or contamination, supported by clear photographic 
or video proof. 
To raise a claim, please write to us at chakandgo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with: 
● Your order number, 
● Clear photos or a video of the product and the batch/expiry code on the packaging, and 
● A brief description of the issue. 
We'll review your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will offer, at our discretion, either 
a replacement of the product or a refund to your original payment method or as store credit. We do not offer refunds or 
replacements for reasons of personal taste preference, or for products that have been opened, consumed, or stored 
incorrectly (e.g., exposed to heat or moisture) after delivery. 
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not include adequate proof, or where the complaint is raised after the 
window mentioned above. 
6. Your Undertakings 
By using the Site, you confirm and agree that: 
1. You will use the Site and its services only for lawful purposes, and in compliance with all applicable laws while 
browsing, ordering, or transacting. 
2. Any information you provide to us, including for registration or delivery, is true and accurate. We reserve the right 
to verify this information at any time, and to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if any information is 
found to be false or misleading, without prior notice. 
3. You are using the Site and making purchases at your own discretion and judgment. 
4. The delivery address and contact details you provide for each order are correct and complete. 
5. You have read and understood the product description, ingredients, and any allergen information before placing an 
order, and that placing an order means you accept those product details. 
6. You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. 
7. Acceptable Use 
You agree not to use the Site to: 
7. Post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise 
objectionable; 
8. Transmit material that could encourage or result in a criminal offence, civil liability, or breach of any law or 
regulation; 
9. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or any connected network; 
10. Interfere with or disrupt any other user's experience on the Site; 
11. Interfere with or disrupt the Site's networks, security, or infrastructure; or 
12. Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site that is protected by copyright or other intellectual property 
rights, without our prior written permission. 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms. 
8. Product Images & Descriptions 
We make every effort to ensure that product photos, descriptions, weights, and nutritional information on the Site are 
accurate and represent our products as closely as possible. However, actual product appearance (including colour and 
texture) may vary slightly due to the handmade or small-batch nature of our products, and due to differences in device 
screens and displays. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund. 
9. Intellectual Property 
All content on the Site, including the Chak and Go name, logo, product photography, packaging design, and written 
content, is the property of Chak and Go and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, 
reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written consent. 
10. Limitation of Liability 
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chak and Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential 
loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in 
this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law, including your rights in 
respect of unsafe or defective goods. 
11. Indemnity 
You agree to indemnify and hold Chak and Go, its affiliates, and its team harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, 
including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site. 
12. Grievance Redressal 
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the

13. Changes to These Terms 
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Continued use of

periodically. 
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be 
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
