TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using chakandgo.in (“the Site”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“You”, “Your”, “Yourself”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. ABOUT US
Chak and Go is a proprietorship owned and operated by Anmol Chawla
All our products are sold under FSSAI License Number: 11526997000371 and GSTIN: 27CTAPC4170N1ZM
Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refers to Chak and Go.
2. ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
By registering on our Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive order-related communications, as well as occasional promotional messages and newsletters from us.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by writing to us at chakandgo@gmail.com. This will not affect essential order-related communications required to fulfil your purchase.
To purchase products from the Site, you may be required to provide information including your name, address, contact details, and other information required to process your order.
You agree that all information provided by you is complete, accurate, and up to date.
If any information provided by you is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and refuse current or future use of the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You agree to:

* Take reasonable steps to protect your account information.
* Ensure that your account credentials remain confidential.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3. PRICING
All products on the Site are sold at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
This is the price you will be charged, regardless of any change in price between the date of order and the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, pricing, offer, or content without prior notice.
Any order placed through the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including:
* Promotional offers
* Discounts
* Payment gateway charges
* Delivery charges
* Shipping charges
* Sales campaigns
These terms, where applicable, will be considered accepted by you when placing an order.
There may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery timelines, or product availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders where incorrect information has been displayed.
In the event of a pricing or listing error caused by a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order has already been confirmed.
4. ORDERS & DELIVERY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If delivery fails or is delayed because incorrect information was provided, additional charges for redelivery may apply.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines mentioned on the Site. However, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not make us liable for compensation.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding significant delivery delays.
5. CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Because Chak and Go products are perishable and edible items, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, due to hygiene and food safety considerations.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order may be requested before the order is shipped.
Order charges may vary depending on:
* Number of units purchased
* Delivery charges
* Applicable logistics costs
A cancellation fee may apply if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, in order to compensate for applicable forward and reverse logistics costs.

Where applicable and approved, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 working days.
Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be considered only if, at the time of delivery, the product meets one or more of the following conditions:
* Expired: The product was past the “Best Before” date printed on the packaging at the time of delivery.
* Unsealed: The product packaging arrived unsealed or visibly tampered with.
* Contaminated: The product shows visible microbial growth or contamination, supported by clear photographic or video evidence.
How to Raise a Claim
To raise a claim, please contact us at chakandgo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
* Your order number
* Clear photographs or videos of the product
* Clear evidence of the batch number and expiry/best-before information
* A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
If your claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:
* A replacement product, or
* A refund to your original payment method, or
* Store credit
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
* Personal taste preferences
* Products that have been opened or consumed
* Products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery
* Products exposed to excessive heat or moisture after delivery
We reserve the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is not provided or where the complaint is raised after the applicable claim period.
6. YOUR UNDERTAKINGS
By using the Site, you confirm and agree that:
1. You will use the Site and its services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Any information provided by you, including registration or delivery information, is true and accurate.
3. We reserve the right to verify information provided by you and suspend or terminate access if information is found to be false or misleading.
4. You are making purchases using your own discretion and judgment.
5. The delivery address and contact details provided by you are correct and complete.
6. You have read and understood the product description, ingredients, and allergen information before placing an order.
7. By placing an order, you accept the relevant product details and information provided on the Site.
8. You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Site to:
1. Post, transmit, or share unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
2. Transmit material that could encourage or result in criminal activity, civil liability, or violation of any law.
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
4. Interfere with or disrupt another user’s experience on the Site.
5. Interfere with the Site’s networks, security, systems, or infrastructure.
6. Copy, reproduce, or distribute content protected by copyright or intellectual property rights without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.
8. PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, weights, ingredients, and nutritional information displayed on the Site are accurate.
However, actual product appearance, including colour and texture, may vary slightly due to:
* The handmade or small-batch nature of our products
* Natural variations in ingredients
* Differences in device screens and displays
Minor variations in appearance do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to:
* The Chak and Go name
* Logo
* Product photography
* Packaging design
* Website content
* Written content
* Graphics and branding
is the property of Chak and Go and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
* Liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or by a defective or unsafe product.
* Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
* Any rights relating to unsafe, defective, or deficient goods or services.
* Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chak and Go, its proprietors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
* Your violation of these Terms.
* Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
* Incorrect or misleading information provided by you.
* Your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms.
* Your infringement of intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
This provision shall survive the termination or expiry of your use of the Site.

Chak and Go reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after changes have been published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
The Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
